ULAM is a feature length documentary about Filipino food today. We ask: why hasn't Filipino food crossed over, and how is it crossing over now? Our goal is to examine the Filipino food movement, via interviews with key chefs and restauranteurs. Currently, we have interviewed top chefs from Maharlika, Purple Yam, Eggslut/Unit 120, Park's Finest, Creme Caramel, The Oinkster and Ricebar.
